Hi, I'm Jackie, I live in Norfolk and I've been spinning on and off for over 40 years! Started with a spindle and then onto an Ashford Traveller which I've had now for 35 years or more. Lost count! I still use a spindle and make a lot of my own. I spin now mostly to weave but I do knit and crochet too and dable in nalbinding and peg rugs.. I

grow a lot of dyestuffs in the garden which I love to experiment with, including woad. I use nettles and docks and other 'weeds' too.
