Are you passionate about fibre arts and eager to expand your spinning skills? Join us for a full-day immersive experience in Hand Spinning Art Yarns! Experiment and create incredible fun, textured art yarns which will add an extra dimension to your hand knitted, crocheted or woven projects.

Who is this workshop suitable for?: 

This workshop is suitable for all spinners who can confidently spin aand ply a basic two ply yarn. 

Group size:

The group will be limited to just six attendees to ensure that you receive full attention and feel super confident to create your yarns.

Workshop Highlights:

• All Fibres Included: Dive into a variety of exquisite fibres provided exclusively for this workshop.
• Advanced Spinning Techniques: Learn how to create bee hives, coils, and spiral plied slub yarns. You will be guided you step-by-step through these intricate techniques.
• Bring Your Spinning Wheel: Ensure you bring your spinning wheel, preferably with a jumbo flyer, to fully enjoy the art yarn spinning experience. If you do not have a jumbo flyer yet you can still learn the techniques on a normal flyer and then perhaps invest in the jumbo flyer to really appreciate the creativity of these fabulous yarns.
• Refreshments Included: Enjoy delicious refreshments throughout the day, including an assortment of cakes, fresh fruit, and a selection of drinks.

Duration: 6 hours of hands-on learning and creative exploration.
